Job Summary

Design and deliver high-quality board-level solutions for AMD’s AI server product as part of a board design team. Partner with cross-functional teams (Power, ME, SI, Layout) to execute design proposals, conduct hardware block/circuit/layout design reviews, and ensure issue resolution across bring-up, validation, and production. Use server debug experience and board design tools to drive continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Power, ME, SI, Layout) to design and deliver AI server board proposals/products to customers.
•Perform design reviews covering hardware block-level, circuit, and layout with recommendations.
•Investigate and debug issues during process, bring-up, validation, and production phases.
•Develop and improve board designs as the product evolves.
•Use board design tools to support accurate, high-quality design delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 1,373,750 - 1,962,500 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of industry experience in x86 hardware and product development with motherboard (MB) design experience.
•Familiarity with server debug processes and issue investigation across process, bring-up, validation, and production phases.
•Extensive experience with board design tools, including Cadence Concept and Allegro.
•Provide design review results including hardware block-level, circuit, and layout, along with recommendations.
•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
