Key Responsibilities

•Lead in the assessment of each client environment and current challenges and work with clients to develop and implement our structured approach to discover, design and deliver a solution that is fit for purpose and enables the client to achieve the benefits and outcomes desired.
•Lead in the analysis, definition and documentation of findings and recommendations reports across various stages of the client engagement.
•Lead the delivery of workshops in a mix of virtual and face-to-face environments with client representatives.
•Work within diverse and multi-disciplinary teams representing Turner & Townsend at both client sites and virtually.
•Deploy established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems, tailoring these to suit specific circumstances.

Key Requirements

•Experience in the Defence Sector.
•3-5 years’ experience in Project Controls with Master’s degree or equivalent desirable.
•Experience on major capital projects/programmes in the PMO/controls & performance environment within infrastructure (defence, nuclear, rail, airports, highways, utilities) or similar.
•Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery, PMO, controls & performance or a similar function.
•Experience writing/presenting reports and engaging with C-suite/executive client teams; able to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
