Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures.
  • •Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
  • •Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems.
  • •Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
  • •Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety while following SOPs and participating in housekeeping efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands.
  • •Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, picking, or receiving experience preferred.
  • •Ability to safely perform physically demanding warehouse work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, and working at heights up to 30 feet.
  • •Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred.
  • •Ability to learn warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems and commit to regular, reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.
