  • •Apply Grant Thornton methodologies and best practices across workforce transformation engagements, including organizational change, HR, payroll, and workforce operations.
  • •Develop and execute scalable approaches to manage workforce/operational change through impact, readiness, and capability assessments.
  • •Collaborate with engagement teams to design and execute integrated communication strategies and feedback mechanisms.
  • •Prepare and deliver presentations; facilitate project meetings, client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and workforce transformation sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
  • •3+ years of related work experience in a consulting practice preferred.
  • •Experience in program/project management and/or organizational change management.
  • •Experience supporting culture awareness and communications planning/execution, stakeholder engagement, job role design, training planning/execution, or related areas.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Project).
