Job Summary

Lead the planning, execution, and management of luxury, experiential events and sponsorship activations that strengthen Red Sea Global’s brand and residential portfolio. Own end-to-end event lifecycles—from concept and production to execution and post-event analysis—while curating VIP experiences for UHNWIs, investors, and global stakeholders. Partner with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to manage relationships, ensure premium standards, and drive ROI using performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a luxury events and sponsorship strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
•Identify and manage high-value sponsorship opportunities, partnerships, and platforms to enhance brand positioning.
•Lead the full lifecycle of events (concept, design, production, execution, and post-event analysis).
•Oversee on-ground execution and deliver immersive VIP events, private showcases, launches, and international roadshows.
•Manage agency/vendor and stakeholder relationships, including budgeting and tracking event and sponsorship performance metrics.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in events focused on luxury, experiential, or high-end brand activations.
•Proven execution of large-scale, detail-driven luxury events (not just planning/coordination).
•Experience working within large organizations or leading event/creative agencies.
•Strong exposure to hospitality, luxury brands, destination marketing, or premium lifestyle sectors.
•Experience managing sponsorships, partnerships, or branded collaborations (highly preferred).
