Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement a high-signal, rapid-feedback loop so developers can validate changes with speed and confidence.
  • •Build tools and reporting to measure improvements in cycle time, change failure rate, and MTTR.
  • •Develop predictive models to identify high-risk commits, forecast build failures, and flag changes likely to fail.
  • •Design and develop AI agents for selecting change-centric builds and tests, including triage automation and remediation.
  • •Create AI-driven solutions across the software development lifecycle to detect and remove systemic friction, focusing on reducing CI pipeline waste.

Salary: USD 152,000 - 287,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years building or supporting large software projects (or equivalent).
  • •Hands-on experience with Python, Java, or Go.
  • •Experience with SQL/NoSQL systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch.
  • •Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure tooling such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform, and similar tools.
