Job Summary

Own the Native Performance product roadmap for the Amplify platform, covering discovery through shipping and post-launch optimization. Drive AI and automation initiatives like automated campaign creation and predictive performance alerts, manage the feature backlog, and lead agile ceremonies. Partner with engineering, product design, data science, sales, account management, and marketing to deliver global feature rollouts and ensure continuous adoption across commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive development, optimization, and scaling of Amplify’s native performance capabilities during a maternity leave coverage period.
•Orchestrate AI and automation features such as automated campaign creation, dynamic setup recommendations, and predictive performance alerts.
•Own and prioritize the Native Performance feature roadmap, managing backlog, milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks.
•Translate needs into product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for development teams.
•Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and coordinate global feature rollouts with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of product management experience in AdTech, digital advertising, or a related high-growth platform environment.
•Strong understanding of native advertising formats, performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, ROI), and campaign management workflows.
•Proven ability to translate business objectives into platform solutions and successfully ship impactful product features.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive roadmap prioritization and product decisions using data.
•Fluent English communication and right to work in Slovenia without future visa sponsorship requirements.
