Production Manager Trainee 1

Learn and demonstrate production management skills in the farm department, becoming certified across breeding/farrowing and nursery/finishing areas. Implement pig production processes, animal flow, farm health, genetics, and husbandry using company systems. Master hourly tasks under supervision, develop required reports, and ensure compliance with environmental laws, biosecurity, animal welfare, and EMS policies. Progress through a manager training program and support leadership as acting HOD as needed.
