Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Wealth Relationship Manager for the banking portions of an assigned client portfolio.
  • •Provide dedicated service and support for banking and wealth products and manage daily client contact.
  • •Act as the point of contact for clients during the Wealth Relationship Manager’s absence, including answering calls and resolving enquiries.
  • •Provide sales support to licensed sales staff by preparing/completing sales documents, managing data input, generating/analyzing sales reports, and entering orders/opening accounts.
  • •Open and close the Wealth Center and review/approve day-to-day banking transactions while assisting clients with daily banking needs through servicing.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of the brokerage and banking industry, trading opportunities, and banking/brokerage products.
  • •Experience working in the financial services industry.
  • •Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills (mandatory).
  • •Ability to build relationships and identify opportunities to help clients and team members achieve financial goals.
  • •Series 7, Series 63, and Life & Health insurance licenses required.
