Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
  • •Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques.
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
  • •Learn and assist in various in-store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 18 years or older.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other language(s) is an advantage.
  • •Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email, and able to operate a retail Point of Sale system.
  • •Flexible to work on a rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
