Own the market success and financial performance of the Non-Impact Attachment portfolio (drum cutters and compactors) within the Hydraulic Attachments Business Line. Key Responsibilities

•Own the market success and financial performance of the Non‑Impact Attachment portfolio like drum cutters & compactors within the Hydraulic Attachments Business Line of Epiroc
•Define market positioning, value propositions, and portfolio strategy for drum-cutting technology & compaction product segments in mining, quarrying, demolition, civil engineering & earth-moving
•Translate customer needs, safety requirements, and application challenges into clear product and portfolio priorities
•Lead market‑driven investment decisions by preparing and evaluating business cases for new products, portfolio extensions, and lifecycle initiatives
•Drive portfolio development across applications, including expansion, optimization, and phase‑out decisions

•Solid commercial and financial skills, including pricing decisions and business‑case evaluation
