Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee customer-handling areas (check-in, departure gate, transit, and arrival) and ensure all functions are accurate and completed to standard by staff and handling agents.
  • •Assign pre-flight duties, conduct de-briefings, and direct check-in staff in cases of passenger irregularities, invalid documents, excess baggage charges, and denied boarding.
  • •Establish and maintain relationships with customs, immigration, security, police, medical, cargo, ground transport, catering, duty free, courier companies, tour operators, and other airline staff.
  • •Ensure strict adherence to company safety and security standards, including lost/found/damaged baggage handling and compliance with policies for delayed services.
  • •Monitor ramp activities and review ground safety reports; coordinate with airport support units for VCRS updates and communicate with duty/airport managers as needed.

Key Requirements
