Oversee key customer-handling areas of airport operations, including check-in, departure gates, transit, and arrivals, ensuring company and local policies are followed. Lead staff on shift with pre-flight duties, conduct de-briefings, manage irregularities (including invalid documents, excess baggage charges, and denied boarding), and coordinate with internal and external airport stakeholders. Maintain strict safety/security compliance, supervise ramp activity and lost/found/damaged baggage handling, and support revenue generation through ancillary sales.
