Job Summary

Lead and execute talent acquisition efforts by aligning recruitment strategies with business goals. Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment plans, and drive end-to-end hiring outcomes. Oversee sourcing across channels, implement candidate assessment and interview methods, and optimize the recruitment process for efficiency and compliance. Act as an employer brand ambassador, leverage ATS/CRM tools and recruitment metrics, and continuously improve hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational business goals, including talent needs and recruitment plans.
•Manage candidate sourcing using channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and talent databases.
•Implement candidate assessment methods and interview techniques to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
•Optimize the end-to-end recruitment process for streamlined, efficient, and compliant hiring.
•Act as an employer brand ambassador and drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices using recruitment metrics and technology (ATS/CRM).

Key Requirements

•Advanced understanding of talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and industry trends to attract and retain top talent.
•Advanced understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and assessment to offer management and onboarding.
•Advanced knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines for talent acquisition and candidate selection.
•Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and related technology to streamline recruiting.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
