Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers, assist product selection, and convert window shoppers into buyers using the company selling guideline.
  • •Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program and provide suggestive selling based on current product/brand knowledge.
  • •Maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance and remain flexible to work extended hours during the sale period.
  • •Ensure merchandise standards by setting up stock displays and following VM guidelines, stock norms, and clearance requirements.
  • •Perform operational duties including POS/billing, cash till tallying, inventory inward/outward recording, and loss prevention/security adherence.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide excellent customer service using the company selling guideline (GUEST: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
  • •Maintain up-to-date product and brand knowledge to support suggestive selling and minimize stock loss.
  • •Handle POS (Point of Sale) and billing counter tasks accurately, including issuing receipts, refunds, and change.
  • •Record inventory inward/outward and maintain required inventory reporting.
  • •Follow SOP and loss prevention policies while staying vigilant about security and confidentiality of sales figures.
