Key Responsibilities

  • •Post daily accounting transactions: supplier invoices, fixed asset entries, and import data from ProWeb into Sage (including beneficiary account reconciliation).
  • •Handle payments and receipts: invoice payment processing, supplier account reconciliation, payroll transfers, and management of cash and checks.
  • •Support closing activities: record amortizations and prepare subsidy TAS journal entries, including justification with invoices for fixed asset acquisitions.
  • •Perform periodic accounting tasks such as ticketing stock accounting and tracking the LPARC analytical code balance.
  • •Contribute to broader CSE missions including employee reception/counter support, enrollment record administration, support to social activities, ticketing orders, and supervision of alternants.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 10 years of accounting experience in a small structure (PME/PMI).
  • •BTS in accounting (or equivalent).
  • •Strong skills with common IT tools and administrative processes.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and Sage, with knowledge of ProWeb preferred.
  • •Intermediate English.
