Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for international payment processors and manage 20+ partner relationships with ownership of portfolio health.
  • •Take direct ownership of specific global regions, including Australia, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Europe and the Netherlands, covering ATM processor networks.
  • •Deep-dive into client setups, configurations, and technical documentation to streamline integration and operations with offshore support.
  • •Troubleshoot operational roadblocks, conduct transaction research, and assist with settlement-related inquiries.
  • •Identify, manage, and escalate account-level risks or operational issues impacting regional processor performance while meeting business standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,900 - 125,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 4 years of relationship management, account management or operational experience within the payments industry.
  • •5+ years of experience managing international payment processors, partner networks or financial institutions.
  • •5+ years of experience in payment operations, transaction research, and settlement workflows.
  • •Experience interpreting technical processor documentation and managing multi-account portfolios across distinct geographic regions.
