Job Summary

Strategic, high-impact partnership leadership role focused on distributing Sonar’s AI/code security products through technology partners (OEM/resell). You’ll define and execute the partnership strategy, identify opportunities, manage executive-level relationships, negotiate complex agreements, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales to drive joint GTM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the partnership strategy with identified distribution technology partners to align with overall company growth objectives.
•Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities; conduct market analyses and track partner-based code quality/security solutions within first-party solutions.
•Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with technical, product, and business leaders at target companies; conduct quarterly reviews with Sales and Channel Partners.
•Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including defining engagement models, drafting terms, negotiating complex agreements, and driving integration and GTM deals to closure.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Research, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Finance) to align on terms and execution plans.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, technology partnerships, or related fields, preferably within the cybersecurity or code security markets.
•Proven track record of defining, negotiating, closing, and managing high-impact technology-centric partnerships, particularly with OEM and/or resell GTM motions.
•Experience leading complex deal negotiations, including interpreting legal documents and working with legal counsel on terms related to co-marketing, co-sell, resale, and OEM models.
•Ability to engage effectively with partners at a technical level, with knowledge of the human and agentic code development ecosystem.
•Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Management and Engineering) to orchestrate and implement complex partnerships.
