Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business requirements into system design and analyze user requirements and functional specifications.
  • •Provide development effort estimates based on requirements and maintain delivery in a dynamic environment.
  • •Develop and deliver Business Intelligence solutions primarily using Alteryx to support CIB Finance.
  • •Implement and maintain ETL pipelines and analytics workflows with in-depth ETL understanding and basic SQL.
  • •Collaborate with finance counterparts, contribute to innovation initiatives, and mentor/guide junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •2.5–5 years of experience in a BI/analytics delivery environment.
  • •Minimum 3 years software development experience using Alteryx.
  • •Hands-on experience with Alteryx and Tableau (and work with Power BI).
  • •Strong understanding of ETL frameworks, including basic SQL knowledge.
  • •Ability to translate business requirements into system design and estimate development effort, with strong written and oral communication.
