Own weekly and quarterly demand forecasts and long-term planning for consumer growth, partnering across Product Engineering, Software Engineering, Global Operations, Supply Chain, and S&OP. Improve forecasting, reporting, and planning processes to enable faster decisions, and analyze the financial impact of growth experiments. Use consumer insights and analytics to identify high-performing demand generation approaches and lead strategic growth programs to maximize customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary Finance liaison for consumer growth, owning demand forecasts, long-term planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
•Drive cross-functional new product roadmaps and launch planning with product, software, operations, supply chain, and S&OP teams.
•Continuously improve forecasting, reporting, and planning processes to support faster, better-informed decisions.
•Analyze the financial impact of growth experiments and forecast opportunities to prioritize initiatives.
•Assess consumer insights and analytics to identify winning demand generation approaches and lead strategic growth programs.

Travel: Low travel

•Bachelor’s degree.

•Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
