Key Responsibilities

  • •Author and coordinate design guides and specifications for new designs and drive architectural direction for next-generation devices/platforms.
  • •Work with ODM/JDM partners to execute designs against specified architecture and review design and validation results.
  • •Set product design standards and targets (cost, performance, reliability) through design choices, component selection, and supplier selection.
  • •Collaborate across hardware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and procurement to ensure product requirements meet program goals.
  • •Provide excellent communication to discuss requirements and provide technology updates to Dell product groups and development teams.

Salary: USD 176,000 - 242,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in hardware design, analysis, and debugging of complex printed circuit boards, including power, mechanical, and thermal infrastructure.
  • •Experience in computer architecture and designing with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, and Ethernet.
  • •Strong background in electrical or computer engineering with a solid understanding of server architecture.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
  • •Typically 12+ years with a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years with a Master’s degree, or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.
