Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive buses on scheduled local or long-distance routes, assisting passengers with baggage, collecting tickets or cash fares, and regulating passenger comfort systems.
  • •Comply with local traffic regulations and report delays or accidents.
  • •Record cash receipts and ticket fares as required.
  • •Inspect the bus and check gas, oil, and water before departure; load or unload passenger baggage or express items.
  • •Transport pupils between pickup points and school; may drive diesel or electric transit buses on established city routes.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement.
  • •Must have a valid and current medical card.
  • •Must have a minimum of 4+ years bus driving experience.

  • •Must be able to receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result.
