Key Responsibilities

  • •Accept and accurately process financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and act as a resource for the branch team.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide customized financial wellness recommendations, transitioning clients to a Banker when appropriate.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and support branch performance.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer within guidelines, and participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources through techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Experience in cash handling.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
