Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the end-to-end QA strategy across all layers (mobile, backend, integrations), including release gates, KPIs, and quality standards.
•Build and scale automation frameworks (mobile UI, integration and contract testing), ensuring strong coverage of critical user journeys.
•Embed a shift-left approach by contributing early in the lifecycle (refinement, API reviews, Definition of Done).
•Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps and tech leads to ensure continuous quality validation.
•Define and manage test environments and test data strategy, ensuring compliance (e.g. GDPR) and reliability across systems.
