Assistant Project Director - Earthwork and Utilities

Lead a multi-million-pound portfolio of enabling and public utilities projects for the Universal UK Resort, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning and scope development through contracting, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Manage infrastructure delivery (e.g., energy plant, process water, rainwater harvesting) with statutory undertakers, ensure EHS compliance, own schedule/budget and financial reporting, and drive procurement, documentation control, and lessons-learned improvements.
