Own and progress customer support cases to resolution for the Keyloop product suite, troubleshooting and escalating issues when needed. Communicate with empathy using German and English via phone, virtual methods, and written channels. Coordinate with team members, other departments, and management to deliver timely outcomes, document solutions, and support knowledge improvements, coaching, and root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and progress support cases through to resolution using available resources and expanding knowledge
•Escalate cases in good time when necessary
•Respond with empathy to customers, acknowledging operational pressures and deadlines
•Communicate cooperatively with team members, other departments and management to resolve customer issues
•Document solutions and provide written guidance on resolution steps and procedures

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CZK 489,465 - 598,235 annually

•Ability to support customers with high performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction
•Excellent German and English communication skills (telephone, virtual, written, verbal)
