Lead the development of Felix, an enterprise AI agent core to Rogo’s product, shaping API/MCP extensibility, admin/entitlement systems, and pricing. Drive collaboration across engineering, design, sales, and customer teams to onboard and scale the world’s largest financial institutions, delivering a high-quality, usable enterprise experience powered by AI.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the API/MCP and extensibility layer that lets firms and partners build on Rogo
•Build the admin, permissioning, and entitlement systems that map to complex organizational structures
•Own billing, credits, consumption, and rate limits, and the pricing and packaging model itself
•Partner closely with sales, post-sales, and enablement to turn commercial needs into product
•Prototype and build to figure out what is worth shipping, collaborating with engineering/design to bring it to life and unblock the team

Key Requirements

•Strong product management or startup product experience, with ownership of shipped product in enterprise SaaS, platforms, API/MCP, or developer tooling.
•Commercial instincts with comfort owning pricing and packaging and partnering with go-to-market teams.
•Deep intuition for LLMs and hands-on experience building with AI tools.
•Technical foundation with ability to ship code or prototype and collaborate deeply with engineers (computer science/math/engineering background is a plus).
•High bar for craft and usability across enterprise systems and experience communicating with senior stakeholders.
