Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver great design and user experiences across platforms and domains.
  • •Establish and communicate design vision and strategy with leadership to align with product roadmaps and business objectives.
  • •Develop and mature design systems, including Storybook components and a Figma Library, to improve reuse, consistency, and scalability.
  • •Reduce design debt and improve efficiency by documenting components, providing implementation guidance, and enabling governance.
  • •Advance accessibility maturity and ensure digital experiences align with evolving accessibility standards.

Key Requirements
