Key Responsibilities

•Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver great design and user experiences across platforms and domains.
•Establish and communicate design vision and strategy with leadership to align with product roadmaps and business objectives.
•Develop and mature design systems, including Storybook components and a Figma Library, to improve reuse, consistency, and scalability.
•Reduce design debt and improve efficiency by documenting components, providing implementation guidance, and enabling governance.
•Advance accessibility maturity and ensure digital experiences align with evolving accessibility standards.

Salary: USD 137,400 - 233,600 annually

•12+ years demonstrated work experience delivering digital experiences
•Educated in design or related field, formally or through comparable training
