Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily rig operations, including drilling, maintenance, and safety compliance.
•Supervise and lead rig personnel to ensure high levels of performance and safety awareness.
•Coordinate rig mobilization, rig-up, and rig-down activities as required.
•Enforce adherence to HSE policies, well control procedures, and industry standards.
•Monitor rig equipment performance and oversee routine maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years working experience, with 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, and 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
•Strong knowledge of rig systems, drilling operations, and well control practices.
•Solid understanding of HSE requirements and safety culture enforcement.
•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; SAP functional skills preferred for roles with SAP access.
