Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI/ML engagements for federal customers, from initial scoping through value realization. Partner with senior business and technical leaders to shape AI/ML use cases, translate them into well-defined projects, and orchestrate cross-functional workstreams. Own project plans and delivery artifacts to meet time, scope, budget, and contractual targets, while identifying expansion opportunities and scaling repeatable delivery frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to shape AI/ML use cases and translate them into projects, including proposals and Statements of Work.
•Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI projects, ensuring execution on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to business outcomes.
•Manage comprehensive project plans and related artifacts to meet contractual and financial delivery targets.
•Identify expansion opportunities via adjacent use cases, new stakeholders, and additional datasets.
•Serve as the primary interface between client C-suite, Snorkel technical teams, and leadership to orchestrate multiple workstreams and integrated outcomes.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

•Track record overseeing a portfolio of engagements across multiple customer projects, balancing resources and timelines.
•Active TS security clearance and willingness to travel up to 25% based on client needs.
