  • •Own technical initiatives end to end from requirements and architecture through implementation, deployment, and production support.
  • •Partner closely with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
  • •Drive technical excellence and continuous improvement via architectural decisions, code quality, CI/CD practices, automation, observability, and modern engineering approaches including AI-assisted development.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven backend engineering experience designing, building, and operating scalable production systems using Golang and/or Java.
  • •Strong understanding of modern architectures such as distributed systems, microservices, APIs, cloud-native applications, and event-driven systems.
  • •Leadership experience as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or senior technical mentor, with a track record of developing engineers.
  • •Hands-on experience with modern engineering practices and tools including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, databases, and messaging systems such as Kafka.
  • •Experience with AI-assisted development and modern approaches like Specification-Driven Development (SDD).
