Job Summary

Guide semiconductor equipment and processes through the full lifecycle—from initial concept to final qualification—by delivering high-visibility on-site installation, diagnostics, service, and repair. Partner with customers and R&D to develop advanced process recipes for cutting-edge chips, design and run DOE-based hypothesis experiments, analyze results statistically, and produce clear technical reports. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and communicate with stakeholders to build trust and resolve difficult process and product problems.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service and repair of complex systems and equipment.
•Work with customers to develop leading-edge processes used to manufacture advanced semiconductor chips.
•Create hypothesis experiments and run design of experiments (DOE); analyze data with statistics and compile reports with high-level conclusions.
•Troubleshoot complex problems, perform multiple root cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues.
•Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to achieve goals; serve as a liaison between the customer and business unit and support junior colleagues.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
•4–7 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain sensitive information and build consensus among stakeholders.
•Communication proficiency in English.
•Master’s degree or PhD in a related field (preferred).
