Job Summary

Own consolidated revenue, unit, and margin reporting for Corporate FP&A, driving accuracy and efficiency in month-end close. Partner with FP&A teams to consolidate budgeting, forecasting, and outlook deliverables, and analyze monthly results to forecast attainment of quarterly and full-year performance. Create reporting, analytics, and leadership-ready recommendations through Monthly Business Reviews and board/exec packages while also leading process-improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Own consolidated revenue, unit, and margin reporting processes and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
•Partner with FP&A teams to consolidate budget, forecast, and outlook deliverables for Corporate departments.
•Analyze monthly financial and operational results and use performance trends to forecast quarterly and full-year attainment.
•Generate reporting and analytics, identify risks/opportunities, and support strategic decisions through business reviews and leadership presentations.
•Own ad hoc analyses and presentations for senior management and lead process improvement projects.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting.
•Greater than 5 years of finance experience, primarily in an FP&A role.
•Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
•Experience with SAP and/or Workday Adaptive Planning and/or Tableau.
•Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication.
