Job Summary

Lead the deployment of AOS/Lean to continuously improve operational maturity for the A350 FAL (unit P30/P18). Pilot and support AOS, apply AOS/Lean standards, run maturity assessments and annual reviews, and present progress and risks. Coach managers and production-line leaders on change and autonomous production (EAP), launch improvement projects, and define optimal solutions aligned with Lean principles and the FAL digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Pilot the AOS/Lean approach for the A350 FAL production structure unit P30/P18 to improve industrial maturity.
•Deploy AOS within the unit by piloting AOS bricks and collaborating with the AOS team (Agents and AOS Manager).
•Apply AOS/Lean standards, evaluate AOS maturity monthly, and organize annual AOS assessments.
•Prepare and co-chair AOS steering meetings; report progress, risks, and structure outputs from observation visits.
•Coach and advise unit and line leaders on AOS/Lean tools and support managers in change and autonomous production (EAP) implementation; lead or coach improvement projects.

Key Requirements

•5–10 years of professional experience in Lean/continuous improvement or related operational improvement.
•Strong knowledge of Lean tools and experience applying them to improve industrial performance.
•Experience with quality tools, problem resolution, and process optimization (Lean/Six Sigma; green belt or equivalent).
•Hands-on experience facilitating production “just-in-case” improvement workshops such as Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri, VSM, and 5S.
•Ability to communicate effectively with large groups and coach others; French required and intermediate English is a plus.
