•Entry of all manual orders and processing of other AS400 system orders
•Manage escalated Client Succes VINs with carriers and agents

Key Requirements

•1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred)
•Working knowledge of computer usage including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
•Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver results
•Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
•High School Diploma or equivalent
