Job Summary

Supervise Loan Servicing personnel and oversee daily loan servicing operations, including loan boarding, maintenance, escrow administration, investor reporting, and payoff processing. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies, maintain controls and documentation, and monitor workflow and service levels. Lead process improvement efforts and support system upgrade testing and disaster recovery. Provide escalated customer support and collaborate with lending, operations, and recovery teams to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily loan servicing activities, including loan boarding, maintenance, escrow administration, investor reporting, tax and insurance monitoring, payoff processing, and security perfection and release.
•Monitor workflow, service levels, and department productivity to ensure operational objectives are achieved and provide backup support to maintain service continuity.
•Supervise, coach, train, and develop employees, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, goal setting, scheduling, and staff coverage.
•Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations, company policies, and operating procedures; monitor regulatory changes and implement process updates while maintaining controls and documentation.
•Improve and administer processes by updating departmental procedures, and lead system upgrade testing, release validation, and annual disaster recovery testing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
•Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or related financial services.
•Advanced knowledge of loan servicing processes including payment processing, payoffs, escrow administration, loan boarding, documentation, and portfolio maintenance.
•Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and employee development experience.
•Strong analytical, mathematical, and accounting skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
