Retail Supervisor - Part Time (Chesterfield, MO)

Drive day-to-day retail performance by delivering consistently high customer experience and ensuring the store meets sales, KPI, and profitability goals through planning and expense control. Manage payroll control to maintain profitability, oversee inbound and outbound merchandise handling, and communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store or Assistant Store Manager. Keep operations aligned with policies and maintain a safe, healthy, compliant store environment while working non-traditional hours as needed.
