Job Summary

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Vans store in partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Drive exceptional, personalized customer engagement, model selling behaviors, and support the team in achieving sales and KPI goals. Coach and develop associates, oversee opening/closing and floor coverage, and maintain visual merchandising and inventory flow. Support stockroom and loss-prevention practices, uphold safety and company standards, and help build an inclusive, high-performing store culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experience across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards.
•Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
•Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
•Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring timely product flow to the sales floor.
•Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.5 - 24 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
•A High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) and hands-on experience with demonstrated achievements.
•Ability to coach, motivate, and build high-performing, diverse teams.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
•Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools, and able to perform physical tasks on the sales floor.
