Bancorp Security Operations Center Team Lead First Shift

Lead daily operations in a Bancorp Security Operations Center central-station environment, responding to security communications and alarm signals while executing life safety procedures. Support shift coverage by prioritizing and delegating tasks, operating BSOC equipment independently, and training event analysts alongside the Shift Supervisor. Provide weekly quality assessments, customer-facing support via phone/email/in person, generate daily reports for management, and recommend service improvements.
