Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and carry the certification strategy from pre-sales, including client guidance, base negotiation, Work Package structuring and cost estimation.
  • •Build and steer the Certification roadmap during development, coordinate activities, milestones, and interfaces with the customer’s certification offices and authorities.
  • •Ensure deliverable conformity and quality: supervise internal assessments, arbitrate acceptability decisions, validate documents and report to project leads.
  • •Guarantee navigability and flight safety in post-certification through evolution management, navigability monitoring of equipment, handling technical facts and close-out of exploitation feedback.
  • •Lead the Navigability/Certification ecosystem: drive the team, share best practices, harmonize strategies across programs and contribute to knowledge capitalization and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of experience in navigability activities, with at least 5 years in design activities (Part 21 and/or EMAR 21).
  • •Knowledge of recent regulatory developments (Part IS, SMS, Part 21 sub part N).
  • •Strong communication skills with internal teams, customers and authorities, ability to negotiate and find compromises.
  • •Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a project environment.
  • •Ability to lead certification strategy and coordinate interfaces with certification offices and authorities.
