  • •Execute effective mortgage marketing and development plans to meet or exceed agreed-upon mortgage production goals.
  • •Maintain thorough knowledge of mortgage strategies, policies and procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines used by Truist.
  • •Comply with Truist policies and procedures, including state and federal rules and regulations.
  • •Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on full understanding of client needs and Truist mortgage products and benefits.

Key Requirements
