Drive sales and marketing of retail mortgage loan products by executing mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals. Maintain expertise in mortgage strategies, Truist policies and procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines. Provide mortgage clients sound advice based on their needs and Truist mortgage offerings, while consistently driving referrals to deepen client opportunities. Support mortgage loan fulfillment through document follow-up during quality control and post-closing review.

•Maintain thorough knowledge of mortgage strategies, policies and procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines used by Truist.
•Comply with Truist policies and procedures, including state and federal rules and regulations.
•Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on full understanding of client needs and Truist mortgage products and benefits.
•Consistently execute the Truist referral process and assist mortgage loan fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up for quality control or post-closing review.

•Be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration, and an applicable NMLS acceptable background check.
