Job Summary

Lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers to deliver reliable, scalable, high-performing systems. Embed SRE practices across platforms, improve system resilience, and drive operational excellence through incident management, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery planning. Own reliability task prioritization, support infrastructure cost optimization, and ensure on-call readiness. Coach and build the team’s SRE capabilities while aligning with SRE frameworks, standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage a small to medium-sized SRE team, including performance management, hiring, and development.
•Ensure alignment to SRE frameworks, standards, and operational best practices.
•Own prioritization of reliability engineering tasks within team backlogs.
•Lead incident management, including post-mortems and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
•Drive disaster recovery planning and production resilience testing.

Key Requirements

•Experience working with cloud platforms (such as Amazon Web Services) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
•Background in DevOps, site reliability engineering practices, or related areas.
•Understanding of site reliability principles and how they improve software development processes.
•Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform).
•Ability to diagnose and resolve networking, performance, and optimization issues in distributed systems.
