Job Summary

Own and evolve CI/CD infrastructure, automation pipelines, and development tooling that enable fast, reliable, scalable software delivery from code commit through test execution and reporting. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, build and improve observability and stability, and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. Collaborate with software, validation, and infrastructure teams to enforce DevOps best practices, integrate automated testing, and evaluate new tooling and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software and validation projects to enable fast, stable, automated delivery workflows.
•Own and evolve DevOps infrastructure including build systems, artifact management, deployment automation, and environment provisioning.
•Develop automation tools, scripts, and integrations to streamline developer workflows and reduce manual overhead.
•Collaborate with validation, infrastructure, and software engineering teams to define and enforce DevOps best practices.
•Monitor system health, pipeline reliability, and build performance; identify bottlenecks and improve observability and stability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
•8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or software infrastructure roles.
•Strong proficiency in CI/CD tools, including hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or GitHub Actions is a plus).
•Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
•Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, and/or similar) plus familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
