Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate production workers to support daily production operations under the Production Manager’s guidance.
  • •Establish and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules, including planning, monitoring, and appraising staff performance.
  • •Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps, control points, equipment, personnel, and resources; implement cost reductions and process corrections.
  • •Complete the production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, resolving problems, revising schedules, and reporting shift production summaries.
  • •Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience, with GCC experience considered a plus.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • •Strong leadership and supervisory ability to oversee production teams, allocate resources, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • •Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment, including support for HSE initiatives and incident reporting.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to support successful role performance.
