Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the Analytics Team within AGRC to deliver risk modelling and analytics projects.
  • •Oversee quantification of risk scenarios using statistical and actuarial methods to support strategic business decisions.
  • •Optimize Total Cost of Risk and define insurance/reinsurance programs for clients.
  • •Define Risk Appetite and Risk Tolerance; establish Reserve and Risk funds for large groups per regulatory guidance.
  • •Present analyses and insights to international clients; manage multiple projects and support business development.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 in leadership roles, ideally in consulting, insurance or financial services.
  • •Laurea in Economia / Scienze Attuariali / Statistica / Ingegneria Matematica (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
  • •Strong quantitative skills with applications in insurance and risk modelling.
  • •Excellent knowledge of Python and data analysis tools; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Good knowledge of Copilot, ChatGPT and/or similar AI tools; ability to build compelling presentations for clients.
