Key Responsibilities

  • •Create daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand, sales forecasts, and inventory levels.
  • •Develop and maintain production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
  • •Balance production capacity and material availability, monitor adherence, and take corrective actions for delays.
  • •Review material availability and coordinate with the Material Buyer for shortages.
  • •Maintain production planning data in ERP systems and generate planning reports, work orders, and production metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •BE/B-Tech in Mechanical or Electrical.
  • •7-10 years of experience in Production Planning / Manufacturing Planning.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and strong communication/organizational abilities.
  • •Knowledge of capacity planning, inventory management, MRP, and ETO planning.
  • •Understanding of ISO standards and energy management systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
