Key Responsibilities

  • •Build Go services on the event bus for a real-time platform (event-driven, high-throughput, low-latency).
  • •Develop services on the event bus, including high-throughput transactional data models and WebSocket backends.
  • •Work on your specialization track: AI/ML pipelines (RAG, streaming inference, eval), connectors (CCaaS/CTI, CRM, SIP/RTP), or core platform services.
  • •Own latency budgets and committed timelines for your work.
  • •Ship in a startup-like execution cadence with 1-week sprints and Friday demos, failing fast and iterating forward.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years backend experience and HIGH++ proficiency in Go (mandatory/tested), with production Go at scale.
  • •Medium-strength Python or another scriptable language.
  • •Event-driven systems in production (NATS/Kafka/Redpanda-class), with strong pub/sub and heavy WebSocket, real-time, low-latency experience.
  • •Mid-tier or better hands-on AI experience building with LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG, or model serving (not just conversational chat).
  • •Strong data graph/knowledge graph background, or hands-on AI/ML model experience (training, serving, eval).
