Senior Software Engineer (Platform — Backend / AI/ML / Integrations)

Build and ship backend platform services for an AI CX tooling innovation group, working on event-driven, high-throughput, low-latency systems. You’ll develop Go services on the event bus, plus your specialization track across AI/ML pipelines (RAG, streaming inference, eval) or connector frameworks for CCaaS/CRM/telephony. In a startup-like cadence (1-week sprints, Friday demos), you own latency budgets and committed timelines while solving complex production problems.
