  • •Oversee power noise, circuit margin, performance, and manufacturing quality system design and validation; establish closed-loop methodologies and KPIs.
  • •Accelerate NPI via design/test left-shift, prototype emerging technologies, mentor engineers, and set innovation benchmarks.
  • •Evaluate multi-functional impacts of complex features, propose design solutions, and coordinate cross-team execution.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • •8+ years semiconductor design experience, including at least 5 years in technical leadership.
  • •Expertise bridging hardware/software specifications and silicon implementation.
  • •Track record delivering simulation-to-silicon correlation, prototyping, and left-shift methodologies for power noise, circuit behavior, performance, and manufacturing quality.
  • •Solid background in silicon bring-up, validation, test coverage optimization, yield ramp, and quality issue resolution.
