Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Technical Lead for the engineering team and coordinate engineering assignments based on priorities, expertise, workload, and resources.
  • •Collaborate daily with the PMO to define priorities, optimize resource allocation, and manage project execution.
  • •Lead the technical delivery of complex Cisco and Palo Alto deployment and migration projects, including monitoring progress and mitigating delivery risks.
  • •Act as the highest-level technical escalation point (L4) for complex networking and security issues and perform expert-level troubleshooting.
  • •Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities for major incidents and ensure compliance with customer operational standards, security policies, and change management processes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in enterprise network and security environments, including at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
  • •Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong expertise in Cisco Enterprise Networking (Routing & Switching, Nexus, BGP, OSPF).
  • •Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, GlobalProtect, IPSec VPN).
  • •Relevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE and PCNSE, plus strong customer-facing and communication skills.
