Job Summary

Lead the Global Network Operations engineering team and support a luxury-industry customer with mission-critical network and security infrastructure. Drive Cisco and Palo Alto deployment and migration projects, coordinate engineering assignments and execution with PMO, monitor delivery risks, and act as L4 escalation for complex issues. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the Technical Lead for the engineering team and coordinate engineering assignments based on priorities, expertise, workload, and resources.
•Collaborate daily with the PMO to define priorities, optimize resource allocation, and manage project execution.
•Lead the technical delivery of complex Cisco and Palo Alto deployment and migration projects, including monitoring progress and mitigating delivery risks.
•Act as the highest-level technical escalation point (L4) for complex networking and security issues and perform expert-level troubleshooting.
•Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities for major incidents and ensure compliance with customer operational standards, security policies, and change management processes.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in enterprise network and security environments, including at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
•Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
•Strong expertise in Cisco Enterprise Networking (Routing & Switching, Nexus, BGP, OSPF).
•Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, GlobalProtect, IPSec VPN).
•Relevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE and PCNSE, plus strong customer-facing and communication skills.
