Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce machine parts by programming, assembling, and operating CNC or manual machines (lathes, mills, grinders, and specialized machines).
  • •Interpret blueprints, work orders, engineering plans, specifications, and GD&T for material and dimensional requirements.
  • •Assemble, repair, and fabricate metal parts into sub-units or complete units using mechanical equipment.
  • •Take measurements, select appropriate machines, perform machining setups, and make required adjustments.
  • •Conduct inspections and check SPC charts; keep records while supporting EHS, Quality, and CI standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires an HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • •Certification in the core discipline with 4–5 months of employment.
  • •Certification on multiple programs labeled as moderate to difficult in complexity.
  • •Minimum of 4 years of experience operating CNC machining centers.
  • •Moderate proficiency of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
