Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain business requirements for the Portfolio & Transaction Management product as the single source of truth for what will be built.
  • •Translate business strategy, processes, and pain points into user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritised backlog.
  • •Run workshops and interviews to lead discovery and define future-state capability with global, regional, and market stakeholders.
  • •Design the target process and plan change to ensure new ways of working are adopted.
  • •Bridge business and technology by pressure-testing feasibility with solution/engineering teams and prioritising work delivered by pods based on value, risk, resilience, and constraints.

Key Requirements

  • •Critical real estate domain knowledge, including leases, strategy, and business estate services (portfolio or corporate services and their operating processes).
  • •Logical solutions and technology capability to reason about system design, data, and integration without needing to be an engineer.
  • •Proven experience redesigning business processes and embedding new ways of working.
  • •Comfort operating across a split reporting line with stakeholder management across competing priorities.
  • •Evidence-based judgement using analytics to frame decisions and trade-offs, plus delivery experience taking a product or major change through to adoption.
